Returns
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of the order shipment date - (the order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by e-mail). The returned item(s) must be received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, tickets etc where applicable.
Loss or Damage in Transit
All goods are at the buyer’s risk and cost. Every care is taken in packing, but we are unable to accept responsibility for breakages during transit and claims for these should be made with the carrier.
Claims
Any claim by the purchaser for damage, shortage, bad condition or other fault in the goods must be made in writing and received by the seller within seven days of receipt of goods by the purchaser.
Acceptance
The lodgement of an order shall be deemed to be acceptance of these terms of trade.
